Ingredients
- 4 oz fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Lightly toast pine nuts in a small, dry saucepan until lightly golden. No oil is needed.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the olive oil into a food processor and pulse until leaves and nuts are small & is very thick. As it thickens up, drizzle in the olive oil until it is smooth running.
- Put into a bowl or container, and drizzle with olive oil until ready to serve.
