Hi, I'm Kiano Moju. I'm a cookbook author, African food advocate, producer, director, and video host.

You might've caught a glimpse of me on Tasty or stumbled upon some of my other food videos. I love teaching people about cooking & the culture that surrounds food. 

When I'm not designing my own recipes, I'm dedicated to preserving & sharing the rich culinary heritage of Africa & the African foodways through my non-profit, Jikoni Recipe Archive. You can also work with me at Jikoni Studios to whip up a delicious cooking show!
