Hi, I'm Kiano Moju. I'm a cookbook author, African food advocate, producer, director & video host.
I'm also the lead chef & owner of Jikoni, a private dining room in Beverly Hills. At Jikoni, I host dinner parties on Thursdays & Saturdays that bring my cookbook, AfriCali, to life.
You might've caught a glimpse of me on Tasty or stumbled upon some of my other food videos. I love teaching people about cooking & the culture that surrounds food.
When I'm not designing my own recipes, I'm dedicated to preserving & sharing the rich culinary heritage of Africa & the African foodways through my non-profit, Jikoni Recipe Archive.
